Savoury favourites include the goats cheese, the boudin noir (black pudding and onion) and the coriander-herbed pork sausage crepes. Those with special dietary needs can join in on the fun, too - the galettes are made with buckwheat flour, which contains no gluten, egg, sugar or milk.
