Alongside classic dishes like nasi goreng and beef rendang, you'll find lesser known favourites like Mandalay lamb meatballs, Szechuan chilli salt squid, green mango kingfish, and chilli caramel pork belly. Even at breakfast time, Tom Phat incorporates traditional recipes into the mix in dishes like the roti omelette with bacon, chives and roasted tomato salsa.
