Aussies have an instant attraction to things that imply great size. For example, we've got the Big Prawn and the Big Pinapple, the Big Oyster and the Big Ram. It stands to reason, then, that some enterprising Melbourne restaurateurs would want to create a gigantic effigy to tofu. But despite the creators' love for tofu, there is, sadly, no gigantic soya-based statue.
The only tofu you'll see here is in the hearty, tasty, Asian-style soups and stir-fries that many Glen Waverley locals devour with much fervour and delight. The process is simple: diners pick their protein, vegies and other accoutrements, then sit back while the diligent wok-masters create a flavoursome and hearty dish.

Crowd pleaser
It is refreshing to have a local diner that could cater for a group of 16 on very little notice. Good attentive service and great range of mainly Malaysian based dishes. Really well made and we were ensured, made with fresh and local ingredients. The whole dinner party was totally satisfied which also included children under 10...a family friendly place. No BYO or licence though! No trouble at all and the tea is free!
