Establishing a blend of modern international flavours with fresh, healthy ingredients, Red Salmon Restaurant is one of the standout eateries situated in the lively Knox O-Zone dining and entertainment precinct within the Knox Shopping Centre. Open for late breakfasts, languid lunches and dynamic dinners, Red Salmon makes an effort to please all tastes with its Italian pastas and risottos, Asian stir-fries, Aussie porterhouse and eye fillet steaks, and even Spanish paella.
As one might guess, salmon features frequently on the menu in dishes such as the smoked salmon risotto, the Altantic salmon main, and the smoked salmon bruschetta. Keeping with their promise of using quality ingredients, Red Salmon uses free range eggs for breakfast fare, and non-endangered fish in its seafood dishes at lunch and dinner. A thorough gluten-free menu also covers a lot of the mains and some desserts too. Cocktails and wines are available from the restaurant bar, with new cocktail specials available on a weekly basis.

Modern restaurant
I love taking my partner out to Red Salmon ,the restaurant environment is creative and has a warm feel. The staff are efficient and you do not have to wait too long for your meal and the food is great! What more could you want. Well worth a try

Nice dinner before going for movies
My friends wanted to eat before we go to movies. We ended up at Red Salmon in Knox near the cinemas. I had Chicken Parma and my friends had Eye Fillet, Salmon and Morracan Goat. All of us were happy with our meals. Service was pleasant and efficient. Be back..

great food and great value
I went to Red Salmon for the first time last week, with a group of friends. We were all really impressed! The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was really tasty and good quality. I had the Gnocchi Gamberi, yum, the prawns were delicious. They also have a lot of gluten free options which was awesome as a couple of my friends are gluten intolerant and often find it hard to get a good meal when we go out in a group. Great value too, I will definitely come again!

Long Business Lunch
I was recently transferred to a new position in Ferntree Gully and we were looking for a business lunch in the area. Decided to go to Red Salmon in Knox Ozone with my work mates. We all had wonderful meals. I tried Salmon Original from the menu and it was cooked to profession. My friends had steaks and pastas. We all loved what we had and highly recommend Red Salmon.

Good place to eat
I have dined there now twice, and both times the food has been acceptable. Value for money, probably not. On my most recent visit, the atmosphere could have been better if our table was not right next to the cocktail mixer on a busy night. Does not help if you cannot hear your partner above the loud noise. Would I recommend it? Yes, if you can get a table away from the bar !

Birthday Party
My birthday was on last Thursday and I was looking for a seafood restaurant to go for dinner with my friends. And one of my friend recommended Red Salmon in Knox City.
It was amazing experience for all of us. We were very pleased with hospitality. Staff were extremely friendly.
Importantly the food was fantastic and everyone loved it.
I would say one of the best places to go with friends for special occasion

Family Dinner
Last Tuesday i went to Red Salmon in Knox City for dinner with my wife and kids. It was amazing experience, we had Moroccan Goat. I must say Red Salmon is much different from other restaurant as i found some of the menu item like: Hand Cut Pan Cooked Calamari, Moroccan Goat which i usually don't find in ordinary restaurants.
And my kids got free meal as i got coupon from Red Salmon website.
Importantly staff were very friendly :)

Best Restaurant in Knox Ozone
I have been to Red Salmon number of times and really enjoyed the quality of food and service. I think Red Salmon is the best restaurant in Knox Ozone area.
I love the free wine and kids eat free service, its awesome, I got the free voucher from Red Salmon website.
5 star from my side, and its highly recommended restaurant
