Taking inspiration from all corners of the globe this gastro-pub offers a diverse selection of modern cuisine to go along with the extensive range of boutique beers on offer.
The succinct menu skips from Asian influences (seared scallops with Szechuan eggplant) to European dishes (mushroom strudel with roasted garlic aioli) with equal alacrity, also offering the great Aussie tradition of the Sunday roast. It may not be very patriotic but there aren't too many better ways to finish a meal than with a proper Englishman's Eton mess, served here with a zesty ripple of rhubarb.
