curry heaven
I'm beginning to lose track of the number of times I've sat down to a cheap, delicious lunch with friendly and helpful service at this restaurant.

The decor and furniture is basic but when you're eating things as delicious as the fish masala dosa, lamb biryana or chicken tikka on offer here for less than $10 who cares!

I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here. A few times the staff have been kept very busy with a large influx of customers (most usually of Indian descent - a pretty good sign!) but they are never less that accommodating and friendly.

Thoroughly recommended - I'm going back today for lunch myself...

Great value but be careful where you sit
We were very impressed with the food and the taste of the dishes - they were actually hot and not too toned down, although some people had trouble with the prawn curry we ordered as it was too spicy for them. I particularly liked the spinach chicken and chickpea masala. The service was ok even though it is a busy place, but we did find the table we were at very cramped and a little noisy. If you have a choice I would suggest sitting on the upper level as we have been previously and found it more comfortable there. Everyone enjoyed the meal though and felt it was very good value as we all left overly full and spent only a small amount each.
