With its exclusively outdoor terrace to unwind in - a drawcard in itself in a city of pokey little cafes and diners - this venue serves up seriously tasty Spanish-style tidbits. The brekkie choices are simple but unique; the menu features many familiar faces (toast, muesli etc), but standouts, such as the jamon serrano and queso tortilla or the decadent churros con chocolate (Spanish doughnuts with rich drinking chocolate), give the restaurant an edge on the cafe breakfast clones. Dinner is offered on Thursday and Friday evenings with a limited but tantalising selection of rustic share plates available, but unfortunately the diner closes over the weekend.

Coffee @ MoVida Terraza
I am inclined not to call MoVida Terraza one of Melbourne s best kept secrets because the aftermath of such a comment is likely to generate an influx of gourmands but this cafe is top of the list! MoVida Terraza offers a very select menu of tasty Spanish highlights (jamon, churros) and other fantastic gems (almond croissant, cauliflower salad). However, the best thing this outdoor hideaway boasts is the brilliant coffee. For $2.50 a successful find in the city that is well above par relative to others in the area.
MoVida Terraza is great for breakfasts, late lunch or a much needed caffeine hit!
