Named for the printing press that once occupied this oh-so-hip inner-Melbourne building, it is now home to the city's coolest kids and their pursuits. Manchester Press is a quirky, friendly cafe and a welcome addition to this corner of the city. The menu features some awesome bagels for both breakfast and lunch, and lets you "choose your own adventure" which is just like those young adult books of the same name, but more delicious. There are bench seats outside complete with pot plants for the smokers and nature lovers, but otherwise, inside is where you want to be, with some huge line drawings by local artist Montgomery and a "meeting nook" for intimate trysts. Very cool but also very accessible, this is bound to be a hit with the hipsters and other assorted cool young things.
