Don't let the name fool you, this is not your run-of-the-mill, sawdust-and-peanut-shell-covered, beer-swilling steakhouse. This is steak, fine dining style, with decor that resonates of class and taste and where the Western saloon themes have been replaced by dark timber tables, black leather lounges, warm downlighting and sparkling faux crystal chandeliers.
The food is of a superior quality than most, with dry-aged Black Angus cuts sourced from some of Australia's best producers, nicely cooked and immaculately presented. For those with a thirst, the 80-labels-strong, floor-to-ceiling wine display will have you salivating in your seat, and the friendly staff are more than competent at recommending the drop that will best complement your meal. The kitchen also does some mean seafood, with the crispy-skinned salmon being worthy of any high-end seafood restaurant in town.

Disappointing
We gave ouselves a night out at this pricy restaurant and were disappointed. The wagyu beef sirloin was tougher than I expected and in future will have eye fillet at 2/3 the price. My partner was warned that the saltimbocca was salty - and it was. And you would think that with only one other couple having dinner at the time the side of peas woulld have arrived with the dinner.
The food here is great but they could have done better - much better.
