In keeping with the premises' upmarket feel, the menu goes beyond wedges and basic pizzas to offer bar staples with a gourmet twist. Picture paninis and burgers with premium fillings; a steak sanga made using a fresh Black Angus cut on grilled ciabatta bread with onion marmalade and grain mustard; a peppered beef and burgundy pie served with hand cut chips; or a signature pizza made from Parma ham, goat's cheese, pecorino, grilled asparagus and roasted garlic-infused olive oil.
