A new, tiny addition to High Street in Prahran is this Asian-Mediterranean fusion restaurant, offering a cross-cultural mash-up of two of Australian cuisine's biggest influences. The space, which holds just eight tables, is kitted out in a quirky, retro style with a beautiful heavy wooden bar, bentwood chairs, dark floorboards and a very cool hanging pendant light, while the vibe is one of a neighbourhood bistro. The food is a blend of Chinese and Mediterranean flavours, and though the menu changes frequently you could be in for a dinner that includes roast chicken with corn custard, bok choy and sticky rice, and a coconut crepe with banana and black sesame seeds.
