If you source your bagel from any old place then prepare for disappointment on a scale unseen since someone thought using hydrogen as a flotation device was a good idea. If, however, you get your boiled and baked morsel from a specialist bagel house - say, Expresso Bagels - then you're in store for a transcendental culinary experience. Well, let's not get ahead of ourselves. At very least you're in for a healthy and tasty meal.
