The ground floor restaurant serves a menu full of modern Italian dishes, such as the confit pork neck with radicchio, caramelised shallot, celeriac spaghetti and an apple and rum gastrique; and the seared duck breast with pickled fennel and shallot salad, softened muscatel, mustard and thyme vinaigrette.
