The most recent brainchild of patissier Philip Chiang (formerly of Paul Bocuse), this cafe features excellent coffee to match some of the most highly coveted pastries, brioches and sourdough breads in the city. Soft and spicy Japanese curry buns compete for your affections with pizzas and sourdough sandwiches, showing off Chiang's eastern take on the classics, having been French-trained in Tokyo.
