This Bridge Road gelataria serves up its traditional Italian gelato flavours as well as fair-trade coffee, fruit smoothies, crushes, yoghurt and plenty of other (less virtuous) sweets to growing numbers of fans. The gelato is made the traditional Italian way: daily, from scratch in-house, and is packed with all natural ingredients and none of the bad stuff. The sorbet, too, is full of only good things, like 50 percent fresh fruit and intense, natural flavour; the perfect thing for a hot, sticky Melbourne summer day or night.
